We are an activity and social club based in Bournemouth with events throughout the Dorset area and beyond on occasion. If you have ever wondered what's on in Bournemouth and wished you knew a group of people to go with then BourneActive is the club for you.

BourneActive was originally established by a group of around fifty friends. The group has a good mix of men and women, singles and couples. Most joined through either moving into the area or a change in life circumstances while others joined to expand their social circle, meet new people and try some new activities.

The aim of the BourneActive club is to provide a vehicle through which its members can organise events, weekends and holidays. The club is non profit making, and is run by the enthusiasm of its members who volunteer to coordinate events.

The club's website provides a calendar of events with a secure on-line booking system and a monthly newsletter. Current members are aged between 25-45 and our membership base is predominantly Bournemouth and Dorset although we also have some people from Hampshire and Wiltshire.
